connie haw, B.A., D.WHEAT, AT, EXat

Connie is a trauma-informed Professional Art Therapist with the Canadian Art Therapy Association and an Expressive Arts Therapist with the Ontario Expressive Arts Association. She holds a Master’s level Diploma in Art Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapy from the Winnipeg Holistic Expressive Arts Therapy Institute and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Psychology from the University of Manitoba. 

Connie is musically trained with the Royal Conservatory of Music and also teaches music to young children. She is a visual artist and enjoys working with a variety of art mediums and modalities. 

Connie is a professional member of the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association the Canadian Art Therapy Association and the Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association. She serves on the board of directors with the West End Cultural Centre and is passionate about supporting music and the arts in Winnipeg.

Connie is excited to bring together her art music and psychology background to provide support and to encourage healing, well-being and growth in a safe person-centred environment
